Overview

  • Perform data collection, entry, and validation tasks to maintain high-quality records.

  • Contribute to the proper storage and maintenance of records within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process daily contributions and perform reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle biographical data collection, entry, and validation with attention to detail.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
  • Research and troubleshoot data issues to ensure proper storage and maintenance.
  • Assist in maintaining business processes and supporting organizational operations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Advancement Services to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or related roles.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in data management and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in data systems and technical aptitude for troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Capability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • Availability to work on-site during the specified part-time schedule.
