Overview

  • Support a dynamic membership team with administrative tasks during conference preparation, ensuring seamless operations and member satisfaction.
  • Engage with members via phone and email, fostering re-engagement and active participation.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate member records through meticulous data entry and database updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to track outreach efforts and follow-up communications effectively.
  • Provide administrative support during conference preparation, contributing to the success of the event.
  • Gain valuable experience in membership management and event coordination within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry to update and maintain member records.
  • Contact lapsed members via phone and email to encourage re-engagement and renewals.
  • Document outreach attempts and track progress in the membership database.
  • Assist with follow-up communications to address member inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to support conference preparation and administrative tasks.
  • Identify and flag member concerns for appropriate staff follow-up and resolution.
  • Provide remote assistance with flexibility for occasional onsite work as required.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the membership team through proactive engagement and support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, with relevant coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or membership support roles.
  • Experience in membership management or event coordination is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in data entry and database management systems.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with members via phone and email.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional onsite availability as needed.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently.
