Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field, required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), required.
- Minimum 3 years of acute care hospital case management experience, required.
- Minimum 2 years of case management leadership experience, required.
- Proven leadership experience in an acute care setting, with a focus on driving performance and patient outcomes.
- Ability to adapt quickly to organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.
