Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise GI Endoscopy nursing staff, ensuring adherence to standards of care and organizational policies.
- Monitor and evaluate departmental functions, implementing improvements as needed.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of cumulative GI nursing experience; supervisory experience required.
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Certifications in CPR, ACLS, and PALS; CGRN preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality improvement processes, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
