Job Description
Overview
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client groups, providing expert consultation and practical solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Independently implement HR strategies, policies, and programs, including performance management, employee relations, and talent initiatives.
- Provide timely, high-quality responses to client questions and first-line support on HR programs and processes.
- Triage people issues, determine appropriate actions, and document next steps, owners, and deadlines.
- Coach leaders through performance concerns, team conflict, team culture challenges, and sensitive employee situations.
- Support organizational and team changes by providing guidance, resources, and change communication support.
- Draft leader-ready written guidance and maintain strong follow-through to ensure commitments are executed.
- Run and review people-related reports, assess trends and risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Drive assigned HR projects using disciplined project management, coordinating with partners and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide expert consultation on employee relations, compliance investigations, and performance management initiatives.
- Advise leadership on HR strategies to stabilize teams and drive adoption of organizational changes.
- Prepare and deliver leader-ready written communications, presentations, and recaps for HR initiatives.
- Analyze people-related reports and dashboards to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend improvements to HR processes and compliance approaches.
- Partner with senior HR leadership for alignment and escalation on complex matters.
- Support leaders through organizational and team changes with strategic guidance and resources.
- Drive HR projects using disciplined project management methodologies.
- Act as a liaison between HR and business units, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of ten years of HR experience, including HRBP roles and coaching leaders on complex matters.
- Experience with organizational change, performance management, and compliance investigations.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with adaptability to new technologies.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Experience in scaling or transforming organizations and supporting leadership teams.
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and drive process improvements.
