Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
- Proven ability to manage ground-up construction projects effectively and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous.
