Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in all phases of construction, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, contributing to effective resource management.
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards on-site, adhering to industry regulations.
- Participate in project meetings, providing insights and solutions to challenges encountered during construction.
- Support procurement and buyout processes to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in commercial construction, including internships, with exposure to relevant project types.
- Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Commitment to maintaining quality control and safety standards throughout project execution.
- Knowledge of construction processes and familiarity with mission-critical, healthcare, or industrial projects is advantageous.
