Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in all phases of construction, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, contributing to effective resource management.
  • Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards on-site, adhering to industry regulations.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing insights and solutions to challenges encountered during construction.
  • Support procurement and buyout processes to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in commercial construction, including internships, with exposure to relevant project types.
  • Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining quality control and safety standards throughout project execution.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and familiarity with mission-critical, healthcare, or industrial projects is advantageous.
