Overview

  • Serve as a pivotal link between architectural design and technical execution, ensuring seamless project progression from concept to construction.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team in a hybrid work environment to deliver innovative architectural solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise in Revit and other visualization tools to create detailed construction documents.
  • Engage in client meetings to present design solutions and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance by ensuring adherence to building codes and accessibility standards.
  • Participate in construction administration by responding to RFIs and conducting site visits.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring junior staff and supervising project phases.
  • Drive project success through strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the development of construction documents, ensuring alignment with design objectives and client requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting collaboration and quality control.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand goals and present solutions.
  • Review architectural details for constructability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Assist in construction administration by addressing RFIs and reviewing submittals.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive project success and innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3–7 years of professional architectural experience, focusing on construction documents and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and detailing.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and ADA requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Architectural licensure or active pursuit thereof is preferred but not required.
