- Lead and manage the Adult Critical Care unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to nursing standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies improving care efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, organize, and evaluate services delivered by the Adult Critical Care departments.
- Develop and recommend policies and procedures to enhance patient care quality and safety.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with medical staff to implement innovative healthcare solutions.
- Ensure adherence to recognized nursing techniques and administrative policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing personnel, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, implementing improvements as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care leadership experience in Critical Care; 5 years preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS provider certifications.
- CCRN and/or CNRN certifications are preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage nursing teams effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate care delivery.
