Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage a high-volume, dynamic calendar and prioritize scheduling requests independently.
- Review and triage emails, identifying urgent items and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate event invitations and logistics, recommending attendance or delegation.
- Organize domestic travel arrangements, aligning with calendar and event priorities.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, communicating updates effectively.
- Support time-sensitive initiatives, including media requests and major organizational events.
- Collaborate with administrative and operations staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and operate with confidence.
