Job Description

Overview

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
  • Manage scheduling, communication, and prioritization to ensure efficient executive operations.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and event logistics for the CEO.
  • Support organizational initiatives and collaborate with internal teams effectively.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage a high-volume, dynamic calendar and prioritize scheduling requests independently.
  • Review and triage emails, identifying urgent items and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate event invitations and logistics, recommending attendance or delegation.
  • Organize domestic travel arrangements, aligning with calendar and event priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, communicating updates effectively.
  • Support time-sensitive initiatives, including media requests and major organizational events.
  • Collaborate with administrative and operations staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and operate with confidence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.
