Overview

  • Lead business development efforts to expand travel insurance offerings within the travel industry, driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Represent the client at industry events, showcasing innovative solutions and building brand presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel industry accounts, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and optimize account management strategies.
  • Engage in networking and lead generation activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and target potential travel industry accounts through strategic research and networking initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations highlighting the benefits and value of travel insurance solutions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for effective account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting within competitive markets.
