Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in real assets investment management or institutional investing preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Office, and automated research tools.
- Experience with Power BI, including DAX formulas and Power Query, is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of investment concepts and commingled fund methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in a collaborative global investment environment.
