Registered Nurse – Assistant Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of acute care clinical experience.
• Prior experience in charge nurse, coordinator, or leadership roles preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and operational leadership skills.
• National Certification in Nursing Leadership or clinical specialty preferred.
• Ability to work on-site with alternating weekends and holidays.
