Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform focused preoperative nursing assessments to plan surgical care.
- Assist surgeons intraoperatively, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.
- Administer medications and manage perioperative care plans effectively.
- Evaluate patient progress and adapt care plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with active RN licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
- Certified First Assistant and CNOR certification highly desirable.
- Proficiency in assisting with general, orthopedic, robotic, gynecological, and vascular surgeries.
- Strong analytical skills for preoperative assessments and care planning.
- Commitment to professional growth and adherence to nursing practice standards.
