Overview

  • Lead concrete construction operations for large-scale projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee multiple crews in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of concrete construction activities on-site.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align construction schedules and resources.
  • Supervise multiple crews, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards of construction.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide solutions to maintain project progress.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to project status and crew performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements and adjustments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in concrete construction supervision.
  • Preferred 15 years of experience in managing large-scale concrete projects.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple crews and manage complex operations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with self-performing concrete divisions preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced construction environment.
