Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage operations for assigned private equity funds.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and investor notices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures.
• Maintain and update investor database records accurately.
• Collaborate with auditors during year-end audit processes.
• Respond to investor queries promptly and professionally.
• Generate ad hoc reports and capital account statements.
• Support ongoing projects to enhance financial infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• CPA certification or candidacy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with partnership accounting and financial systems like Investran.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
