Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage operations for assigned private equity funds.
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and investor notices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures.
- Maintain and update investor database records accurately.
- Collaborate with auditors during year-end audit processes.
- Respond to investor queries promptly and professionally.
- Generate ad hoc reports and capital account statements.
- Support ongoing projects to enhance financial infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
- CPA certification or candidacy is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with partnership accounting and financial systems like Investran.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
