Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Submit weekly certified payrolls using Ecomply and Elation Systems databases.
  • Gather and manage daily sign-in sheets for ongoing projects.
  • Upload apprentice agreements and other required documents into payroll systems.
  • Distribute and collect monthly maintenance schedules from project managers.
  • Send and archive completed maintenance documentation to relevant offices.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to address payroll adjustments.
  • Add new employees to payroll systems as needed.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for tracking payments and payroll data.
  • Email completed payment packs to accounts payable for processing.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required.
  • Entry-level position; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems like Ecomply and Elation Systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working on-site with public transportation accessibility.
  • Knowledge of certified payroll requirements is a plus.
