Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily CLO operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural standards.
  • Oversee middle office processes, including transaction settlements and reconciliations.
  • Implement and monitor financial waterfalls to ensure accurate distribution of funds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

  • Preferred 3 years of experience in financial services or Big 4 firms.
  • Proficiency in financial waterfall implementation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
