Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the COO, translating goals into actionable initiatives and ensuring their effective implementation across departments.
  • Coordinate and manage organizational priorities, driving accountability and monitoring progress on key initiatives to align with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the COO's office, ensuring timely information, analysis, and decision-support materials are provided.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between operational leaders, advancing cross-functional teamwork and resolving performance-impacting issues.
  • Manage administrative and financial processes, including budget monitoring, invoice processing, expense tracking, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on performance improvement, operational efficiency, and service delivery initiatives.
  • Support organizational growth by implementing strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead strategic and operational projects, focusing on performance improvement and organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and monitor initiative progress.
  • Manage daily operations of the COO's office, providing timely analysis and decision-support materials.
  • Facilitate communication between the COO and operational leaders, promoting collaboration and resolving operational issues.
  • Oversee administrative processes, including budget documentation, invoice reviews, and expense tracking.
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in all processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of executive-level support experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for effective documentation and analysis.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects and initiatives.
  • Experience in managing administrative and financial processes, including budget monitoring and compliance.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive operational improvements.
