Overview
- Serve as a strategic partner to the COO, translating goals into actionable initiatives and ensuring their effective implementation across departments.
- Coordinate and manage organizational priorities, driving accountability and monitoring progress on key initiatives to align with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the COO's office, ensuring timely information, analysis, and decision-support materials are provided.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between operational leaders, advancing cross-functional teamwork and resolving performance-impacting issues.
- Manage administrative and financial processes, including budget monitoring, invoice processing, expense tracking, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance on performance improvement, operational efficiency, and service delivery initiatives.
- Support organizational growth by implementing strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead strategic and operational projects, focusing on performance improvement and organizational growth.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of executive-level support experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for effective documentation and analysis.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects and initiatives.
- Experience in managing administrative and financial processes, including budget monitoring and compliance.
