Microsoft Dynamics Architect

Overview

• Lead the architectural roadmap and scalability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Dynamics capabilities with business objectives and enhance client experience.
• Define governance standards for customization, security, and compliance of Dynamics platform.
• Oversee solution designs and integration patterns with SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to accelerate development and deployment processes.
• Contribute to the development of internal libraries and reusable components for systems.
• Act as the primary liaison for vendor relationships and ensure effective collaboration.
• Ensure performance tuning, resiliency planning, and high availability of the Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute a long-term roadmap for the Dynamics platform to achieve global adoption.
• Influence prioritization of product features to optimize customer success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to ensure alignment of Dynamics capabilities with organizational goals.
• Establish and enforce governance standards for customization, security, and compliance.
• Oversee solution designs for new implementations and major enhancements of Dynamics platform.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to enhance development and deployment efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective collaboration with external partners.
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and resiliency planning for the Dynamics platform.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Dynamics implementations in a global environment.
• Expertise in Power Platform, Azure integration services, and data migration strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for executive-level engagement.
• Experience with performance tuning, resiliency planning, and high availability of enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks for development and deployment acceleration.
• Ability to develop internal libraries and reusable components for systems.
