Overview

  • Support project management activities for multifamily housing developments, focusing on affordable housing and ground-up construction projects.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers to ensure project milestones are met within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and address challenges proactively.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for project challenges.
  • Work on-site at designated project locations to oversee construction activities and ensure quality standards.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing multifamily housing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or construction; 3 years preferred.
  • Familiarity with affordable housing and ground-up construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage project documentation and stakeholder interactions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to create schedules and budgets.
  • Ability to work on-site and oversee construction activities effectively.
