Overview

  • Manage recruitment processes for a leading construction firm, specializing in industrial and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various construction-related roles.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline to address immediate and future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment processes.

  • Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to senior management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including skills evaluation and cultural fit analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals and educational institutions.
  • Coordinate with project managers to understand workforce requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
