Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and arrange settlement of loaned securities within DTC systems.
- Reconcile tri-party related functions and ensure accurate reporting.
- Organize recalls for outstanding loan positions based on client sales.
- Investigate trades with brokers and report trade fails to clients.
- Collaborate with auditors and risk management to collect test samples.
- Perform reconciliations between cash and securities systems.
- Adapt to changing business environments and participate in special projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in securities lending.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple projects.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours based on business needs.
