Job Description

Overview

  • Lead operational processes for a consumer-focused investment firm with over $2B in AUM.
  • Manage investor documentation, including subscription agreements and transfer documents.
  • Oversee compliance tasks such as KYC processes and regulatory adherence.
  • Respond to investor due diligence inquiries and ad hoc requests efficiently.
  • Streamline internal processes in collaboration with the fund administrator.
  • Maintain and manage access to investor portals and databases.
  • Support portfolio operations and ensure seamless communication with LPs.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by optimizing operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and manage investor documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle KYC processes and other compliance-related tasks effectively.
  • Respond promptly to investor inquiries and due diligence requests.
  • Maintain and update investor portal access and database records.
  • Collaborate with fund administrators to improve internal processes.
  • Support portfolio management and communication with LPs.
  • Ensure operational workflows align with organizational goals.
  • Provide administrative support for investment activities and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in business or finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or investment management.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in a senior-level operational role.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance processes, including KYC and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in managing investor documentation and portals.
  • Ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with investors and LPs.
  • Experience in remote work environments and collaborative tools.
