Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process payroll for clients across diverse schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify payroll data including hours worked, deductions, and benefits allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations at all times.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual tax filings and related documentation.
  • Respond to client inquiries with timely and professional customer service.
  • Support payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate tax filings.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of payroll or related accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP or Paychex preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other business software tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
