Proposal Manager

Overview

• Lead proposal development efforts for a dynamic organization, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate and compelling content.
• Review and edit proposals for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client needs.
• Develop customized proposal strategies tailored to specific client requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts or related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in proposal management or related roles.
• Preferred 7 years of experience in proposal development and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of proposal strategies and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for proposal creation and management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members.
