Overview
- Support the funding application process for educational institutions under the E-Rate program.
- Collaborate with account managers and analysts to ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and submit E-Rate funding applications in compliance with program regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of documentation and correspondence related to the E-Rate program.
- Monitor application statuses and follow up on pending inquiries or issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for applications.
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with 4 years preferred in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with E-Rate program guidelines and processes is preferred.
