Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage credit fund client relationships, ensuring seamless engagement from proposal to implementation.
  • Develop and maintain processes to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams to review and implement partnership allocation models aligned with agreements.
  • Gain proficiency in key systems including Investran Live, Salesforce CRM, and Intralinks.
  • Coordinate and review investor communications, including capital call notices and balance statements.
  • Oversee investment transactions and general ledger system operations.
  • Review and approve management fee calculations, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in fund financial statements and management reports.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for credit fund client relationships, managing engagements and deliverables.
  • Train and support team members to meet internal and external deliverables effectively.
  • Coordinate and review investor communications and financial documentation.
  • Oversee daily and monthly cash reconciliation processes for partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Director on strategic projects and review staff-prepared materials.
  • Calculate and review credit fund performance metrics, including MOIC and IRR.
  • Lead preparation and review of materials for interim and annual audits.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with auditors and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 10 years preferred, in fund administration.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Investran Live, Salesforce CRM, and Intralinks.
  • Strong knowledge of credit fund performance metrics and financial reporting.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to lead audits and collaborate with auditors effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and projects.
