Job Description
Overview
- Lead and manage credit fund client relationships, ensuring seamless engagement from proposal to implementation.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with teams to review and implement partnership allocation models aligned with agreements.
- Gain proficiency in key systems including Investran Live, Salesforce CRM, and Intralinks.
- Coordinate and review investor communications, including capital call notices and balance statements.
- Oversee investment transactions and general ledger system operations.
- Review and approve management fee calculations, invoices, and journal entries.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in fund financial statements and management reports.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for credit fund client relationships, managing engagements and deliverables.
- Train and support team members to meet internal and external deliverables effectively.
- Coordinate and review investor communications and financial documentation.
- Oversee daily and monthly cash reconciliation processes for partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Director on strategic projects and review staff-prepared materials.
- Calculate and review credit fund performance metrics, including MOIC and IRR.
- Lead preparation and review of materials for interim and annual audits.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with auditors and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 10 years preferred, in fund administration.
- Proficiency in systems such as Investran Live, Salesforce CRM, and Intralinks.
- Strong knowledge of credit fund performance metrics and financial reporting.
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to lead audits and collaborate with auditors effectively.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and projects.
