Overview

  • Collaborate with a dynamic architectural team to deliver high-quality design and construction documentation.
  • Utilize advanced software tools like AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed architectural plans.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare architectural contract drawings for bidding, review, and filing purposes.
  • Coordinate production team activities under senior staff supervision.
  • Review and redline drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain design intent while ensuring constructability and quality control in construction sets.
  • Collaborate with design teams to align construction documents with project vision.
  • Process shop drawings and respond to RFIs through designated platforms.
  • Coordinate consultants and vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Attend construction meetings and address field issues as required.
  • Complete punch lists under senior staff supervision.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
  • LEED Accreditation and active pursuit of licensure are preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are necessary.
  • General knowledge of construction building codes and MEP codes is required.
  • Ability to create comprehensive construction documents and provide detailed annotations.
  • Experience in coordinating with consultants and vendors is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 4 years of architectural experience, with 7 years preferred.
