Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare architectural contract drawings for bidding, review, and filing purposes.
- Coordinate production team activities under senior staff supervision.
- Review and redline drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain design intent while ensuring constructability and quality control in construction sets.
- Collaborate with design teams to align construction documents with project vision.
- Process shop drawings and respond to RFIs through designated platforms.
- Coordinate consultants and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Attend construction meetings and address field issues as required.
- Complete punch lists under senior staff supervision.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
- LEED Accreditation and active pursuit of licensure are preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are necessary.
- General knowledge of construction building codes and MEP codes is required.
- Ability to create comprehensive construction documents and provide detailed annotations.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants and vendors is advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years of architectural experience, with 7 years preferred.
