Job Description

Overview

  • Provide comprehensive HR support for a dynamic and fast-paced project environment, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
  • Serve as a key HR partner to project leadership, contributing to workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits processes for onsite employees with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through proactive communication and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and standards, fostering alignment across operations.
  • Support workforce retention by implementing engagement strategies and addressing employee concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence to address daily HR needs and provide immediate support to employees.
  • Contribute to the success of a transformative infrastructure project by aligning HR practices with project goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; HR certifications are advantageous for this role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience required; 6 years preferred for optimal expertise.
  • Experience in field-based environments such as construction or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and workforce engagement strategies to drive team success.
  • Ability to work onsite in a remote project environment with flexible scheduling as needed.
  • Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements in field operations settings is essential.
