Overview
- Manage full-life cycle recruiting for fund accounting and finance roles in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates and negotiate offers effectively.
- Source candidates through diverse channels, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, clearly communicating role expectations and company values.
- Track recruitment metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to achieve organizational hiring goals.
- Adapt to evolving processes and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive recruitment for fund accounting and finance roles, managing sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems, ensuring process integrity.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative support.
- Support recruitment for roles outside of Accounting/Finance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in recruitment practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience; 3 years preferred.
- Proven success in agency or in-house recruiting environments.
- Experience recruiting Fund Accountants or roles within Financial Services and Banking.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; UKG experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
