Overview
- Serve as a Technical Recruiter on a contract basis, contributing to talent acquisition strategies and supporting recruitment efforts within the technology and product teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices to ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies to enhance hiring processes.
- Support senior recruiters in managing requisitions and candidate pipelines across technology and product departments.
- Participate in HR projects, including employee engagement and candidate experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through creative postings, networking, and partnerships with professional organizations.
- Screen and qualify candidates, assessing resumes and conducting interviews to recommend top talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
- Develop measurable recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring processes.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably within technology or financial services sectors.
- Proficiency in using Greenhouse ATS for managing recruitment processes and candidate pipelines.
- Strong ability to assess resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, data science, and product management.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in recruitment.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
