Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate schedules and updates for legal personnel recruiting and engagement logistics.
- Assist in planning and executing workplace engagement events and programs.
- Manage affinity group activities, including event coordination and administrative support.
- Prepare agendas, summaries, and reports for workplace engagement committees.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality in handling sensitive personnel information.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance engagement and inclusion strategies.
- Support onboarding processes and provide guidance to interns and new hires.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field such as HR or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services or a law firm environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web-based applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
