Job Description

Overview

  • Provide expert systems administration to ensure seamless IT operations and organizational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary contact for IT-related queries, delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices, optimizing performance and security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide tailored IT support to senior leadership and executives, ensuring their technology needs are met.
  • Support audio/visual systems for meetings and events, ensuring smooth and reliable execution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations and operational procedures for consistency.
  • Deliver training and orientation on IT systems to enhance user proficiency and adoption.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Diagnose and resolve desktop issues to ensure optimal device performance and user satisfaction.
  • Deploy and configure end-user devices, adhering to compliance and security protocols.
  • Manage mailboxes, licenses, and permissions using Office 365 and Entra ID platforms.
  • Monitor endpoint performance and proactively address security concerns.
  • Support and maintain audio/visual systems for meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for escalations and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement processes for systems management and security enhancements.
  • Follow incident, request, and change management protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in systems administration.
  • Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, Identity and Access Management, and policy configuration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra ID platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned practices and change management processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to local and national locations as operationally required.
