Job Description

Overview

  • Support workplace engagement and legal personnel initiatives, fostering collaboration and inclusion within a dynamic hybrid work environment.
  • Coordinate and enhance programs, events, and activities that drive organizational engagement and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Manage administrative tasks and systems to ensure seamless operation of engagement initiatives.
  • Provide support for onboarding processes and supervision of HR interns, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Develop and maintain communication platforms to enhance internal collaboration and information sharing.
  • Analyze engagement initiatives to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate logistics for recruitment and engagement events, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
  • Support performance review processes, assisting with scheduling and documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan and execute workplace engagement and inclusion programs.
  • Manage affinity group activities, providing administrative support and facilitating communication.
  • Maintain and update intranet and virtual collaboration platforms to support engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and summaries for engagement committees and leadership meetings.
  • Handle scheduling, payments, and invoice processing for organizational events and programs.
  • Provide administrative support for summer programs and other organizational initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal personnel or workplace engagement roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Experience with web applications and virtual meeting platforms is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively.
