- Support and manage summer associate programs, including event planning and training sessions.
- Maintain recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and timely data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and staff on strategic talent development initiatives.
- Organize logistics for recruitment events, presentations, and sponsorship activities.
- Manage applicant correspondence and oversee expense reimbursement processes.
- Provide statistical data and complete surveys for recruitment reporting purposes.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including orientation schedules and background checks.
- Handle special projects and administrative tasks to support recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate on-campus interview schedules and prepare materials for participating attorneys.
- Organize outreach and sponsorship events targeting law students and prospective candidates.
- Prepare candidate files and documentation for interview processes and evaluations.
- Support planning and implementation of summer associate programs and related activities.
- Ensure accuracy of candidate application information within recruitment databases.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment within professional services or law firms.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours during peak recruitment periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
