Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Asset Management team by providing executive-level administrative assistance and coordination.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create, modify, and manage business documents with high attention to detail.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and managing competing requests effectively.
  • Oversee arrangements for formal meetings and liaise with professional organizations.
  • Perform research, administrative, and analytical duties to support decision-making.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Develop awareness of business activities and corporate culture for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Proactively manage detailed calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Create and format business documents using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Respond promptly to requests with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison with boards and professional organizations.
  • Oversee arrangements for meetings and manage correspondence.
  • Conduct research and provide analytical support for projects.
  • Process expense reports and invoices using Concur.
  • Balance priorities to meet deadlines and ensure workflow completion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • 6+ years of corporate administrative support experience, preferably in a global organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to act independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with expense reporting and invoice processing systems like Concur.
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail in all tasks.
