Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead integrated data analytics and performance reporting for global marketing initiatives, including brand health tracking and digital campaign delivery.
  • Transform data into actionable insights and commercial storytelling to optimize marketing strategies and enhance client interactions.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to explore and implement systems improving data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop frameworks for measuring engagement, influence, and content effectiveness in a digital and AI-driven landscape.
  • Provide technical advice on data implementation, including backend data cleansing, tagging, and taxonomy schema.
  • Lead test-and-learn approaches across channels to continuously optimize marketing performance and uncover new opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews, ensuring consistent tracking of core marketing KPIs.
  • Collaborate on brand tracking studies and client/customer surveys to gauge brand health over time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding advanced certifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting platforms, and digital analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems, with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo preferred.
  • Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, including advanced Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Prior experience in marketing analytics within media agencies, creative agencies, or client-side organizations.
  • Effective quantitative and qualitative skills, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation for enhancing analytics and reporting efficiency.
