Overview

  • Lead large-scale construction projects, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Drive client satisfaction through relationship management and delivering projects meeting quality, safety, and schedule standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement company strategies and initiatives.
  • Mentor and support project managers, superintendents, and team members for professional growth and performance excellence.
  • Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiations, and risk management.
  • Engage in business development efforts through networking and industry participation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide executive-level oversight for multiple construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction and organizational alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis.
  • Support and mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive construction management experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record managing large commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving.
