Overview
- Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders to streamline hiring processes and ensure a seamless recruiting experience.
- Manage high-volume candidate interviews across multiple time zones with professionalism and urgency.
- Support full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and feedback tracking.
- Facilitate onsite assessments, case studies, and Super Days with attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience reflecting organizational excellence.
- Maintain data integrity in ATS and project management systems while tracking candidate progress.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement scalable, technology-driven solutions for operational excellence.
- Collaborate globally to ensure consistency in best practices and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless logistics and communication across stakeholders.
- Manage candidate assessments and Super Days with professionalism and precision.
- Track and update candidate progress in ATS and maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate on employer branding and diversity recruiting initiatives with recruiters.
- Support campus and experienced hire events, both virtual and in-person.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives advancing Human Capital priorities.
- Implement scalable solutions to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all recruiting activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR coordination roles.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Greenhouse preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment preferred.
