Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement policies to ensure high-quality patient care in Labor and Delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance metrics and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet patient care demands effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery.
- At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of state, federal, and Joint Commission requirements.
- Proven ability to manage departmental budgets and achieve financial goals.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site as required.
