Overview

  • Serve as a Longevity Primary Care Physician, focusing on patient-centered care and innovative longevity medicine practices.
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services with a reduced patient volume for deeper impact and personalized care.
  • Participate in a one-year fellowship under a renowned longevity medicine specialist, enhancing your expertise in fitness, nutrition, and hormones.
  • Work in a cash-pay practice model, allowing for flexible scheduling and reduced administrative burdens.
  • Contribute to a growing practice with future profit-sharing opportunities as the model scales.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver primary care services with a focus on longevity medicine principles, including fitness, nutrition, and hormonal health.
  • Manage a reduced patient panel of 4–8 patients per day to ensure personalized and impactful care.
  • Participate in a structured fellowship program, gaining advanced training in longevity medicine.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of longevity medicine advancements and integrate them into practice.
  • Support the practice's growth by contributing to patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, including certification programs and specialized training.
  • Ensure compliance with medical standards and ethical practices in all patient interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong clinical background in primary care or internal medicine; longevity medicine experience is not required.
  • Willingness to participate in a one-year fellowship program under a longevity medicine specialist.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care and service orientation.
  • Ability to manage a reduced patient panel while delivering high-quality care.
  • Commitment to professional growth and development in longevity medicine.
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale with potential expansion to Boca Raton.
