Overview
- Support the HR department in administrative tasks and daily operations to ensure smooth functionality and organizational efficiency.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Excel and other software tools.
- Assist with phone communications, providing professional and courteous service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure meticulous filing and document organization to uphold compliance and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- Work on-site during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Contribute to a positive and productive workplace environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of HR records.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Provide phone assistance, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation as requested by HR management.
- Support the coordination of virtual interviews and other recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with HR staff to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while performing duties.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in HR or administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on-site during standard business hours.
