Job Description

Overview

  • Support the HR department in administrative tasks and daily operations to ensure smooth functionality and organizational efficiency.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Excel and other software tools.
  • Assist with phone communications, providing professional and courteous service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure meticulous filing and document organization to uphold compliance and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Work on-site during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive workplace environment through effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of HR records.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Provide phone assistance, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation as requested by HR management.
  • Support the coordination of virtual interviews and other recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with HR staff to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while performing duties.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in HR or administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on-site during standard business hours.
  • Experience with filing systems and document management.
