Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required.
- 4+ years of experience in product management within healthcare technology or operations.
- Direct experience with RCM, claims processing, and healthcare data workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare compliance standards.
- Experience integrating with enterprise healthcare systems and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Preferred experience with AI-enabled product development and healthcare BPO operations.
