Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with firmwide objectives.
- Assist with annual practice planning, revenue growth initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor regulatory, industry, and market trends impacting financial institutions and digital asset businesses.
- Produce research on target clients, prospects, competitors, and market opportunities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- 7+ years of relevant business development or marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with financial services regulation, fintech, or digital asset markets highly desirable.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/business intelligence platforms.
