Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction throughout.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers on programming, space planning, and material selection.
  • Develop detailed drawings, presentations, and documentation using industry-leading software tools.
  • Present design solutions effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and enthusiasm for proposed concepts.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to schedules.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering their professional development and enhancing team collaboration.
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including design standards and innovation efforts.
  • Utilize advanced rendering tools to enhance project visualization and communication.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Art in Interior Design or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional interior design experience; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software such as Enscape is essential.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and diverse project experience.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and teamwork.
  • NCIDQ certification is preferred or actively pursuing certification.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
