Overview

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, industry standards, and legal regulations across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with training teams to identify and implement employee development programs.

- Travel occasionally to support operations in various locations, including active construction sites.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Provide guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR systems, policies, and processes.
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate professional development programs.

- Monitor and respond to time-sensitive HR matters effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in HR best practices, industry trends, and technical HR functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills for HR systems and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse organizational interactions.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Prior experience in construction industry HR management preferred.
