Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal recruiting, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in legal recruiting practices and familiarity with attorney development standards.
- Strong managerial skills with a proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of NALP standards and proficiency in tools such as VI Desktop, MS Word, and MS Excel.
