Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and maintain Salesforce platform functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Design and implement new features and user interfaces based on technical specifications and business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to identify and resolve issues, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Manage user access and security settings within the Salesforce environment.
• Coordinate production deployments, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
• Utilize CI/CD tools such as Flosum or GIT to streamline development workflows.
• Perform unit testing and automation testing to ensure robust and reliable solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and engineering.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionalities.
• Expertise in Lightning component development, including Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
• Experience with advanced security models and integration with enterprise applications.
• Platform Developer 1 Certification is mandatory; additional certifications are beneficial.
• Working knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as JavaScript and Java is preferred.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
