Junior Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide onsite and remote IT support services to end-users, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop and mobile devices.
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy settings.
• Implement change control procedures to ensure system stability and security.
• Document systems, processes, and resolutions for organizational reference.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance technical capabilities and service delivery.
• Support endpoint threat management solutions to safeguard organizational assets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of IT experience, preferably in desktop support or systems administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack, including Azure AD and Intune.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and virtualization platforms.
• Experience with endpoint threat management tools and MSP environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Physical capability to perform job-related tasks as outlined.
